About Eternal Limited (Formerly Zomato Limited)

Eternal Limited is a public limited company incorporated in 2010 and listed in India, with its registered office in New Delhi and corporate office in Gurugram. Eternal describes itself as one of the first home-grown new-age tech companies listed in India, with the four-part operating structure noted earlier.

Formerly known as Zomato Limited, the Company changed its name to Eternal Limited on March 20, 2025 to distinguish the listed parent from its mobile apps and brands, reflecting a mission “to endure, evolve and empower”. Eternal operates four key businesses: Food delivery; Quick commerce (10-minute delivery of products across categories); Going-out (enabling discovery and transactions across dining-out, movies, sports and live events); and B2B supplies (quality food ingredients and other products to restaurants and other B2B buyers).

Zomato Limited’s Geographic Presence

On a standalone basis, Eternal operates in India and the UAE, with employees also working out of co-working spaces in both countries. At the consolidated Group level, revenue from geographies outside India was Rs 51 crore in FY25, with non-current assets of Rs 4 crore outside India. The Group includes 23 subsidiaries (including step-down subsidiaries) as presented in the Annual Report’s AOC-1 annexure. India: Contributes ~99.7% of revenue.
