FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited (Nykaa) is India’s leading and preferred omnichannel retailer for beauty and lifestyle, serving over 42 million customers through its online platforms and 237 offline beauty destinations, and empowering 2.76 lakh retailers in the unorganised beauty and personal care (BPC) market as of March 31, 2025 . The company offers a finely curated, authentic assortment across beauty and fashion, including its House of Nykaa owned brands, and operates through a blend of digital channels and a nationwide physical footprint across 79 cities . Internationally, Nykaa began omnichannel beauty operations in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) under ‘Nysaa’, launching the e-commerce platform in January 2024 and its first physical store in March 2024; by March 31, 2025, it had two stores in Dubai and partnerships with 250 brands in the region .

Product and service lines span beauty online, beauty physical stores, Superstore by Nykaa (eB2B), House of Nykaa – Beauty, Nykaa Man Grooming; Fashion online, House of Nykaa – Fashion, LBB, and Nykaa Man Lifestyle; and New Businesses comprising the international beauty vertical. Nykaa’s portfolio includes over 4,200 beauty brands and more than 4,400 fashion brands, combining global icons and homegrown labels on its platforms and in-store network. The Group had 21 subsidiaries (including step-down subsidiaries) as of March 31, 2025 .

Key milestones include: launch of Nykaa Man app and website in 2019; the Superstore eB2B platform (October 2021) to digitise BPC distribution; and GCC entry with ‘Nysaa’ in 2024, blending online and stores across the region  .
