GHFL exports to more than 90 countries, with marketing presence across the USA, Europe, Far East, Middle East, Africa, South America, Australia, and New Zealand, and services customers through subsidiaries in the USA and UK. The Group structure comprises Garware Hi-Tech Films International Ltd. (UK, 100%) and its step-down subsidiary Global Hi-Tech Films Inc. (USA, 100%). Key milestones in FY 2024–25 include ASTM standard compliance in solar control and safety films, full utilization of the first dedicated PPF line, and Board approvals for a second PPF line and a TPU extrusion facility to complete backward integration in PPF.
