About Finolex Industries Limited

 

Finolex Industries Limited was incorporated in 1981 and is part of the Finolex Group, whose origins trace back to 1958 under the late Shri Pralhad P. Chhabria  . The Company manufactures PVC pipes and fittings as well as PVC resin, supported by backward integration that underpins product quality and supply reliability. Its portfolio spans plumbing and sanitation pipes and fittings, agricultural PVC-U pipes and fittings, casing pipes, column pipes, and allied products such as solvent cement and lubricants . Operations are anchored by four manufacturing facilities in Maharashtra and Gujarat—Ratnagiri, Urse (Pune), Masar (Vadodara) and Badhalwadi (near Talegaon)—and a nationwide distribution network with 8 branch offices and 38,000+ retailers.

 

The Company serves customers across India, with markets in 25 states (PAN India, except Mizoram, Manipur and Sikkim), and reported Nil exports for the year ended March 31, 2025 . As of March 31, 2025, Finolex Industries had 0 subsidiaries and two associate companies, consolidating the associates in its financial statements .

 

Key milestones in FY25 included expanding annual production capacity for pipes and fittings to 4,95,000 MT and maintaining a PVC resin capacity of 2,72,000 MT . The Company also introduced more than 50 new fittings SKUs and significantly amplified brand presence through targeted campaigns, IPL placements, and collaborations on digital and regional platforms . Sales volume of PVC pipes and fittings grew 3.4% to 3.48 Lakh MT during the year, despite a subdued demand environment .
