Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited is a stainless-steel pipes and tubes manufacturer established in 2015, operating a state-of-the-art facility at Dhaneti, Kutch, with logistical access to Kandla and Mundra ports and an installed capacity of 38,400 MTPA plus backward integration of 14,400 MTPA as of March 31, 2025. The Company serves chemicals, engineering, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, power, food processing, paper, defence, and aerospace through seamless and welded stainless-steel pipes/tubes and has expanded into high-precision/heat exchanger tubes, hydraulic/instrumentation tubes, and LSAW pipes per its product portfolio in the report, with exports to 30+ countries and a direct and network-led go-to-market model. Corporate experience includes beginning with stainless-steel long products in 2015 and building advanced manufacturing and testing (including NABL-accredited in-house lab) with certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, AD 2000 W0, IBR, and BIS, supported by an allocated plant land area of 2,02,545 sq. m and proximity to ports at 55 km and 75 km respectively. As on FY 2024-25, revenue from operations was Rs 958.50 crore, with domestic Rs 620.38 crore and exports Rs 338.14 crore; management reports one reportable segment (pipes/tubes/steel) with operations located in India, while geographical revenue is disclosed separately in notes.
