About Swaraj Engines Limited (SEL)

Swaraj Engines Limited (SEL) is a public limited company incorporated and domiciled in India, with its works/principal place of business at Plot No. 2, Phase-IX, Industrial Area, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, and its registered office at Phase-IV, Industrial Area, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab. The Company’s shares are listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited . SEL manufactures diesel engines and hi-tech engine components, with its diesel engines specifically designed for tractor application . SEL primarily manufactures diesel engines for fitment into Swaraj tractors made by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M), supplying engines in the 20 HP to 65 HP range; since commercial operations began in 1989-90, SEL has supplied 1.76 million engines for Swaraj tractors.

The Company operates in India, anchored at Mohali, Punjab, and supplies engines for the Swaraj tractor brand of M&M. SEL does not have any subsidiary or joint venture company.
