About SRF Limited

SRF Limited was established in 1970 as a public limited company which has its shares listed on both BSE and NSE. The Company is an Indian-based company which is headquartered in Delhi but has its corporate office located in Gurugram, India, and its parent is KAMA Holdings Limited. The Company’s main business activities include manufacturing, buying and selling technical textiles, chemicals, packaging films and other polymers. The Company has business segments that include Speciality Chemicals and Refrigerant Gases, Nylon Tyre Cord Fabric and Belting Fabrics, Performance Films & Foil and Coated and Laminated Fabrics.

 

The Company operates in India, Thailand, South Africa, and Hungary, while its products are sold in more than one hundred countries. As on March 31, 2025, SRF had 8 wholly owned subsidiaries (2 in India and 6 overseas; 3 direct and 5 step-down). The Company also changed the name of its Packaging Films Business to Performance Films & Foil Business effective April 1, 2025, to reflect the expansion of the company in Aluminium Foil and Capacitor Grade BOPP films. Also, the Group introduced a new subsidiary known as SRF Middle East LLC on 12th March, 2024, which is used for trading in chemical products in the Middle East region. SRF states that it is the only Indian producer of environmentally friendly refrigerants such as F134a and F32 with in-house technology and full backward integration.
