HBL Engineering Limited (previously HBL Power Systems Limited) operates as a company which creates specialized batteries and electronics and engineering products. The company started its commercial operations in 1986 and operates as an Indian Non-Government Company with its headquarters in Hyderabad Telangana.  The company produces industrial and Defence & Aviation batteries together with railway and industrial electronics products including KAVACH (Train Collision Avoidance System) and Train Management System (TMS).
