About Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited

Founded in 1933 with a 300 TCD sugar mill at Dhampur, Uttar Pradesh, the Company has evolved into an integrated sugar and downstream products enterprise with operations concentrated in Western Uttar Pradesh. Over the decades, Dhampur added a second greenfield sugar complex at Rajpura (2007), expanded co-generation at both sites, scaled its distillery, and diversified into chemicals (ethyl acetate) and potable spirits. Key recent milestones include commissioning additional tetra-pack lines for spirits in April and December 2024 and completing an equity share buyback in 2024 and again in 2025.

Dhampur’s current installed capacities include sugarcane crushing of 24,000 TCD (Dhampur 15,000; Rajpura 9,000), co-generation of 126.50 MW, a 350 KLPD distillery (including 100 KLPD grain-based dual-feed), chemicals at ~140 tonnes/day, and potable spirits at 20,000 cases/day (at year-end). Its product portfolio spans white/branded/raw sugar, power, ethanol and allied products, ethyl acetate, and country liquor.

The Group comprises the Parent and two subsidiaries—EHAAT Limited and DETS Limited—consolidated for the year ended March 31, 2025. Plants are located at Dhampur (Dist. Bijnor) and Rajpura (Dist. Sambhal), Uttar Pradesh.
