Capri Global Capital Limited (CGCL) is a prominent Non-Banking Financial Company that commenced NBFC operations in 2011, with a mission to expand access to credit across India through technology- and data-led lending . Incorporated in 1994, the Company today offers MSME loans, affordable housing finance, gold loans and construction finance, alongside fee businesses in car loan distribution and insurance distribution . Its branch network stood at 1,111 across 19 States & UTs, providing last-mile reach into urban, semi-urban and emerging rural markets . CGCL operates entirely in India, with AUM concentrated in Rajasthan (21.1%), Madhya Pradesh (18.5%), Gujarat (17.5%), Maharashtra (12.2%) and Delhi-NCR (10.3%), among others.

The Company has 2 subsidiaries as on March 31, 2025, and consolidates all underlying subsidiaries as per Ind AS 110 Key milestones include entering MSME lending (2011), launching Housing Finance (2013) and Construction Finance (2016), expanding to 736 branches across 15 states (2021), commencing the Gold Loan business (2023), securing a composite IRDAI licence for insurance distribution (2024) and being certified a Great Place to Work for the third year in a row (2025). The Company has also established co-lending partnerships with public-sector banks such as SBI and Union Bank to broaden reach and optimise funding.
