How can I complete my Video KYC?

You can complete your Video KYC through the Ventura app. Click on “Complete VKYC” on the vKYC pending card under the “My Investments” page of FDs. Keep the following documents handy.

1. Original PAN card
2. Your signature on a paper

Note: A signature with a red pen will not be accepted.

Complete the VKYC with the bank agent within the next 3 working days to avoid rejection of FD.

Bank video KYC timings: 

 1. Utkarsh SF Bank: 7 a.m.-11 p.m. on all 7 days

 2. Shivalik SF Bank: 8 a.m.-8 p.m. on all days except Sundays.

 3. Suryoday SF bank: 8 a.m.-8 p.m. on all days except Sundays and second & fourth Saturdays.

4. South Indian Bank: 5. North East SF Bank: 7 a.m.-11 p.m. on all days (including Saturdays and Sundays), except on national holidays.
