Yes, you can withdraw your FD before it matures. The withdrawal criteria are different for each bank.
Utkarsh SF Bank:
> Withdrawal allowed: After 7 days
> Principal (Invested amount): No penalty
> Interest earned: No penalty, however, interest rate will be applied based on the tenure the FD remained active.
Shivalik SF Bank:
> Withdrawal allowed: After 7 days
> Principal (Invested amount): No penalty
> Interest earned: Interest rate will be applied based on the tenure the FD remained active minus a 1% penalty by the bank.
Suryoday SF Bank:
> Withdrawal allowed: After 7 days
> Principal (Invested amount): No penalty
> Interest earned: Interest rate will be applied based on the tenure the FD remained active minus a 1% penalty by the bank.
South Indian Bank:
> Withdrawal allowed: After 7 days
> Principal (Invested amount): No penalty
> Interest earned: Interest rate will be applied based on the tenure the FD remained active minus a 1% penalty by the bank.
North East SF Bank:
> Withdrawal allowed: After 7 days
> Principal (Invested amount): No penalty
> Interest earned: Interest rate will be applied based on the tenure the FD remained active minus a 1% penalty by the bank.
