How can I cancel any placed withdrawal request?

Complete the below steps before 11:30 pm on the day of placing your withdrawal requests to cancel them

Click on the Money icon on the dashboard

  1. Select View Withdrawal request
  2. Click on Cancel Request

 
Note: Cancellation requests cannot be placed between 11:30 pm and 12:00 am from Monday-Friday. However you may cancel and withdrawal requests placed on Friday until 06:00 am Monday.
